All integrations are configured from the Hyper AI dashboard under Settings → Integrations. The setup is OAuth-based — no API keys to manage, no developer required.
Salesforce & HubSpot
- Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Salesforce (or HubSpot)
- Click "Connect" and authorize via OAuth
- Map Hyper AI fields to your CRM fields (or use our defaults)
- Configure which lead status / lifecycle stage to set on demo completion
- Save — integrations apply to all future demos immediately
Slack
- Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Slack
- Click "Add to Slack" and select the destination channel
- Set your notification preferences: all demos, or only demos above a lead score threshold
- Configure the notification format — full summary or compact
- Save — your first notification will fire on the next completed demo
Custom Webhooks
For teams on platforms not listed above, Hyper AI supports custom webhooks. After each demo, we POST a JSON payload to your endpoint containing all demo data — contact details, transcript, qualification scores, and timestamps. This enables integration with any CRM, marketing automation platform, or internal system.
