01 — Overview

We take your privacy seriously

Short version: We collect only what we need to run Hyper AI. We don't sell your data. Ever.

Hyper AI, Inc. ("Hyper AI", "we", "our", or "us") operates the platform at gethyper.ai. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect information about you when you use our services, including our website, web application, and AI demo agents.

By using Hyper AI, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

02 — Data we collect

Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly, and some information automatically when you use our platform.

Information you provide:

  • Account details: name, work email, company name, and password when you sign up
  • Billing information: payment card details (processed by Stripe — we never store card numbers)
  • Knowledge base content: decks, documents, and URLs you upload to train your AI agent
  • Demo session data: recordings, transcripts, and chat messages from AI-led demo calls
  • Communications: emails or messages you send to our support team

Information collected automatically:

  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, session duration, and click patterns
  • Device & browser info: IP address, browser type, operating system
  • Demo participant data: interaction patterns and signals captured during AI demo sessions
03 — How we use your data

What we do with your information

We use your information only to provide and improve Hyper AI. Specifically:

  • To create and manage your account and deliver the service
  • To power your AI demo agents with the knowledge base you provide
  • To generate intent reports and session analytics after each demo
  • To process payments and send billing communications
  • To send product updates, security notices, and support responses
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
  • To improve our platform based on aggregate, anonymised usage patterns

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or your customers' data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your knowledge base and demo content are never used to train external AI models.

04 — Cookies

Cookies and tracking

On this website (gethyper.ai) we use Google Analytics cookies to measure how many people visit each page and how they move through the site, and, on our ad campaign landing pages, the Meta Pixel to measure those campaigns. Both are only loaded if you click Accept in the cookie banner. Until you choose, or if you click Reject, no analytics or advertising cookies are set.

What we use:

  • Analytics cookies (website) — Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_*), provided by Google Ireland Ltd. They count visits and page views and last up to 2 years. Set only with your consent.
  • Advertising measurement (campaign landing pages) — Meta Pixel (_fbp), provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. Measures visits that come from our ads. Set only with your consent.
  • Your cookie choice — saved in your browser's local storage for 12 months so we don't ask on every page. It is not shared with anyone.
  • Essential cookies (Hyper AI app) — required for the platform to function (authentication, session management)
  • Product analytics (Hyper AI app) — help us understand how the platform is used (PostHog, anonymised)

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page, or open your cookie settings here. Withdrawing consent stops Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel and deletes their cookies. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.

05 — Third-party services

Third parties we work with

We use a small number of trusted third-party providers to deliver our service. Each is bound by strict data processing agreements:

  • Stripe — payment processing. Card data never touches our servers.
  • AWS / Google Cloud — infrastructure and secure data storage
  • OpenAI / Anthropic — AI model providers used to power your demo agents. Data sent is governed by their API data processing terms.
  • PostHog — anonymised product analytics
  • Google Analytics — website traffic measurement, only with your consent (see Cookies above)
  • Meta — ad campaign measurement on our landing pages (Meta Pixel), only with your consent
  • Resend — transactional email delivery

We do not allow any third-party provider to use your data for their own purposes beyond delivering the service to us.

06 — WhatsApp integration

WhatsApp integration

If you connect a WhatsApp Business number to Hyper, we receive certain information from Meta Platforms through WhatsApp's Embedded Signup (such as your WhatsApp Business Account ID, phone number, and business display name) and we process the WhatsApp messages exchanged between you and your contacts in order to operate your AI agent and inbox. We use this data solely to provide the service, we do not sell it, and we delete it upon account deletion or on request (see "Your rights").

07 — Hyper connector (MCP)

Hyper connector (MCP)

The Hyper connector lets you use an AI assistant of your choice (such as Claude) to read and manage your Hyper agents. It is optional and only works after you sign in to Hyper and approve the assistant.

What the connector can access. Only data of the workspaces you belong to and have the connector enabled for, and only what your role allows: agent configuration (prompts, demo route, product map labels and descriptions, lead form, qualification questions, smart links, branding), demos (transcripts, analysis, lead name, email and company, lead form answers, pauses) and the agent change log. It never exposes sandbox credentials, API keys, integration tokens or webhook secrets.

Where the data goes. Data is sent only to the AI assistant you connected, in response to its requests, and is processed by that assistant's provider under your own agreement with them. Hyper does not send data to AI providers through the connector on its own initiative.

What Hyper stores because of the connector. (1) The authorization you granted: the assistant's name, the time you approved it and the access it has, until you disconnect it. (2) A change log for each agent: every change made from the Hyper editor, the connector or automatically, with who made it, when, from which assistant, and the previous and new values of the changed fields; we keep the latest 100 entries per agent. (3) Technical logs of connector requests for security and troubleshooting, kept for a limited time. We do not store your conversations with your assistant.

Security. Access uses OAuth 2.1 with PKCE; access tokens expire after one hour and every request is checked against your current session and your permissions in Hyper. Disconnecting an assistant ends its access within 30 seconds.

Your choices. You can disconnect an assistant at any time in Hyper → Integrations → AI assistants, or from the assistant. For questions or to exercise your data rights, contact privacy@gethyper.ai.

08 — Data security

How we protect your data

Hyper AI is SOC 2 Type II compliant. Our security practices are independently audited.

We apply industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

  • All data in transit is encrypted via TLS 1.3
  • Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256
  • Access to production systems is limited to authorised personnel with MFA
  • Regular security audits and penetration testing
  • Session recordings and transcripts are stored in isolated, access-controlled storage

While no system is 100% secure, we take every reasonable precaution. If we discover a breach affecting your data, we will notify you within 72 hours as required by applicable law.

09 — Data retention

How long we keep your data

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Specifically:

  • Account data is retained until you delete your account
  • Demo session recordings and transcripts are retained for 12 months by default (configurable on Business and Enterprise plans)
  • Billing records are retained for 7 years for tax and compliance purposes
  • Support communications are retained for 3 years

When data is deleted, it is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days, including backups.

10 — Your rights

Your rights over your data

Depending on where you are located, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Correction — request that inaccurate data be corrected
  • Deletion — request that your data be deleted ("right to be forgotten")
  • Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
  • Objection — object to certain processing activities
  • Restriction — request that we limit how we use your data

To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@gethyper.ai. We will respond within 30 days.

11 — Children's privacy

Children under 16

Hyper AI is a business-to-business platform not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact us at privacy@gethyper.ai and we will promptly delete it.

12 — Changes

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Hyper AI after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
