You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Launcherr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Launcherr at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to the platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
